Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6 for PS4 and Xbox One

The Resident Evil games will be coming back this year

Capcom have announced that Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6 will be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this year.

The games will be released in reverse chronological order. Resident Evil 6 will be released first on the 29th March 2016. The fifth instalment will be released in Summer 2016 and the fourth game will be released in Autumn 2016. It is understood that the games are just ports and no enhancements have been made.

The games will be £15.99 each and will be released digitally only. It’s rumoured that America may be getting physical releases of the games though.

We haven’t had any news on how the Resident Evil 2 HD remake is coming along. No release date has been announced either but no news is good news. With Umbrella Corps coming soon too Resident Evil seems to be a big focus for Capcom right now.
